ABOUT ME

I've been an attorney since 1992, practicing in Washington state.  My wife and I moved to Arizona in 2018 and I am currently licensed in both Arizona and Washington.

I was born in Seattle and went to high school near SeaTac airport. After high school, I was lucky enough to get a scholarship to Yale University and graduated with a degree in music.  I pursued a career as a professional musician for several years before I decided to go back to school to get my law degree. I started my legal career as a Deputy Prosecutor in Kitsap County, Washington, a small community across Puget Sound from Seattle. I later moved into private law practice as a solo practitioner. My general practice included numerous areas of the law: criminal defense, juvenile law, family law, estate planning, probate, real estate, corporation and LLC set-up, copyright and other areas. As the years passed, I concentrated on estate planning and family law, gaining training, experience and expertise. Since moving to Arizona, my wife and I are happy to enjoy the warm, dry climate, the beauty of the desert landscape and the wonderful community and culture of southern Arizona.

I am happy to offer my services as an attorney with the wide experience and knowledge necessary to meet your legal needs.
